Compuetr Recycling Seattle Data Backup

Recycled Computer Data Backup

We Will Back Up Data From Recycled Computers: If you have an old computer that does not work but you need data backed up we can help. Many customers have old computers laying around that they would love to recycle, but they don’t know how to get their data off them. If you would like to recycle an old computer, laptop, or Mac bring it in and let us know you want your data. We will in most cases pull the hard drive, and back up the data using one of our data backup / recover computers. We charge a data back-up fee of $59. As long as the hard drive works we should be able to get all of you data.

Back Up Data To External Hard Drive

We Prefer External Hard Drives For Data Back-Up: When it comes to making sure your important data is backed up, we recommend a cloud back-up, and also backing up to one or more external hard drive. There are many videos on the internet that will show you how easy backing up your data is. We sell both new and used external hard drives to back up to. They don’t really cost that much compared to what a data recovery may cost if your hard drive goes bad. If you are constantly working on advanced documents or projects we recommend using Drop Box or a similar program. If your computer has problems, you can always access your data using another computer.

Data Backup From Non Working Computers

We Can Back Up Your Data Even If Your Computer Does Not Work: If your computer or laptop doesn’t work, or doesn’t boot we can usually get your data if your hard drive is still good. If the hard drive is failing we can in may cases do data recovery. Just because your laptop, Macbook, or computer does not turn on, or boot up we can in almost all cases get your data. Pictures, documents, music etc. Just let us know what data you would like backed up and we will get er done. What we usually do is back up the data, and then give our customer the “pulled” hard drive for another level of backup.
